We attend to your order straight away and normally dispatch within 24hrs. UK Mainland deliveries are made within 1-3 working days and off shore deliveries are made within 2-4 working days after confirmation. If for any reason you have not received your order, please contact us and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

All UK Mainland orders are sent by either of the following delivery services depending upon the collective of the order:

• UK Standard First Class Royal Mail - £2.99
  For all orders with a collective weight under 0.75kg

• Through preferred courier for a flat fee - £4.99 (ex. VAT)
  For all orders with a collective weight over 0.75kg

All orders outside the U.K mainland are priced on an individual order basis, for a quotation from our preferred courier, please contact us and we will get a competitive quote as soon as we can.
